All Theodore Grey London purchases are subject to availability. Due to the high demand of our products there may be instances whereby a product becomes out of stock and we will do our best to notify you via the website. In the unlikely circumstance an order goes through and is unavailable the order will be cancelled immediately and we will notify the customer.

PERSONALISATION

Theodore Grey London can personalise all the products that we offer on our website. Please note that our products are hand stamped using a brass-cut die and will vary depending on the skin. If you are interested in an emoji that is not on our website then custom stamps are available to purchase. Please contact info@theodoregreylondon.co.uk for more information.

MATERIALS & CARE

All Theodore Grey London products are designed in the UK. They are made with the highest quality leathers and exotic skins sourced from around the world. Please note that each product is unique and any variation in colour, marks or veins are the natural characteristics of the skin of which is used.

How to care for your Theodore Grey London products:

  • Avoid leaving your Theodore Grey London product in the sun, heat and/or humidity.
  • Avoid coming into contact with moisture, creams, and oil based conditions.
  • Should your accessory come into contact with water or any other liquids wipe it softly with a light coloured cloth until the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Please be aware of dark materials such as denim as these colours may transfer onto light coloured leathers or exotic skins.

WARRANTY

Warranty term: One year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the phone cover itself. To have re stamping or a replacement covered under this warranty contact us on info@theodoregreylondon.co.uk with the subject clearly marked: Warranty. In the email you must state your name, address, order number and a detailed description including pictures of the problem you have experienced. Our warranty does not cover any damage due to negligence, unwarranted handling and if there is any evidence of misuse.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

Replaced or repaired phone cases during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for 60 days from the date of re stamp, repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
